How it works online

We meet by secure video call through It’s Complicated, a secure online platform. I'll send you a link before each session.

You can join from home, or anywhere you can talk freely. No travel and no waiting room, so sessions fit around lectures, work and the rest of your week.

What you need

  • A quiet, private space
  • Headphones
  • A steady internet connection
  • A laptop, tablet or phone

Can I have sessions while I'm abroad?

Yes. If you're travelling or living outside the Netherlands for a while, we can still meet online. Before we start, we'll agree where you'd turn for urgent support where you are, and I'll ask you to have a local doctor (GP) you could see in person if needed. I'm based in the Netherlands, so my knowledge of healthcare systems elsewhere is limited, and I can't arrange in-person care abroad. Rules can differ between countries, so tell me where you'll be and we'll check it works.
